In collaboration with Cucinato, we're bringing a taste of the Italian harvest season to Tre Mari with our Vendemmia Pear Cannoli.
Vendemmia, the Italian word for grape harvest, is a cherished autumn tradition that celebrates the gathering of the season's bounty. More than just the harvest itself, it's a time for bringing people together over good food, sharing in the fruits of the season, and celebrating the simple pleasures of the table.
Inspired by the flavours of autumn, this special cannoli features a creamy, ricotta-based filling with roasted pears, a touch of fresh lemon juice, fragrant thyme, and crunchy walnuts. The sweetness of slow-roasted pears meets the gentle brightness of citrus and the subtle herbal notes of thyme, finished with the earthy crunch of walnuts.
