REHEATING & COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Please note: cooking times may vary depending on oven type

LASAGNA & EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA

  1. Preheat oven to 400℉.
  2. Remove lid from tray. For best results, cover the tray with aluminum foil and place it on the middle rack in the oven.
  3. Cook from frozen for approximately 60-70 minutes. If thawed, cook for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Remove foil for the last 10-15 minutes.
  5. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes

FRIED SHRIMP & CALAMARI REHEATING

  1. Preheat oven to 450℉.
  2. Remove aluminum or plastic lid before placing in oven
  3. Heat for 5 minutes.

    BASA & COD REHEATING

    1. Preheat oven to 450℉.
    2. Remove aluminum or plastic lid before placing in oven
    3. Heat for 5 minutes.

    SOUPS & SAUCES

    1. Place the soup/sauce in a saucepan or pot.
    2. Heat on medium heat until desired temperature.

    RICE BALLS

    1. Preheat oven to 450℉.
    2. Place frozen rice balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment
    3. Place in oven and cook for 25-30 minutes

    MEATBALLS

    1. Defrost
    2. Place meatballs in your pot of desired sauce 
    3. Heat on the stove top for 15-20 minutes

    FROZEN MEALS

    (Manicotti, Cannelloni, Stuffed Zucchini - Veggies & Rice, Mac & Cheese, Gluten Free Stuffed Eggplant, Cheese Tortellini, Gluten Free Stuffed Pepper, Gluten Free Cabbage Rolls - Veggie & Meat)

    1. Defrost
    2. Preheat oven to 400℉.
    3. Remove plastic cover
    4. Cook for 30 minutes
