Our artisanal panettone is made preservative-free, using traditional mother yeast and fine semolina rimacinata flour for its signature soft, fragrant texture.
To complement our panettone, we've sourced a gourmet hazelnut cream made by a renowned chocolatier and pastry chef from Altamura. Crafted with hazelnuts roasted in-house and premium ingredients, it delivers a smooth, creamy texture with a rich, nutty flavour.
