Indulge in the traditional tastes of Italian sfoglia with this classic cake. Made from only the best ingredients, this delectable treat is guaranteed to satisfy your craving!
This cake is 3” high, and has a square shape (1/2 slab and full slab sizes are rectangular). It has 2 layers of chocolate custard cream and one layer of vanilla custard cream.
1/2 Slab = 14" X 10"
3/4 Slab = 14" X 14"
Full Slab = 21" X 14"
Note: This cake will be made with nuts, unless the nut-free preference is selected.
We recommend our Sfoglia cakes to be purchased and consumed the same day they are ordered for. If consumed the next day, or more than 12 hours, sfoglia cakes may change in texture, and overall aesthetic such as cracking due to the layers of sfoglia inside. Please note that the cake will still be edible for 2-3 days after the order date.
