This cake is 3.5” high, and has a square shape (1/2 slab and full slab sizes are rectangular). It has 2 layers of vanilla custard cream with fresh strawberries.

Best strawberry sfoglia cake in the city without a doubt - been recommending it to friends and family for more than ten years. For those new to the cake, use a bread knife to cut the portions otherwise it'll lead to madness.
One of the best Sfoglias I've had. It was fresh, crispy and not too sweet. Good amount of fresh strawberries too.
