This cake is 3” high, and has a square shape (1/2 slab and full slab sizes are rectangular). It has 2 layers of vanilla custard cream with fresh strawberries.
1/2 Slab = 14" X 10"
3/4 Slab = 14" X 14"
Full Slab = 21" X 14"
Note: This cake is nut-free and alcohol-free.
We recommend our Sfoglia cakes to be purchased and consumed the same day they are ordered for. If consumed the next day, or more than 12 hours, sfoglia cakes may change in texture, and overall aesthetic such as cracking due to the layers of sfoglia inside. Please note that the cake will still be edible for 2-3 days after the order date.
