A refreshing twist on a Tre Mari favourite, our Sfoglia Cake with Fresh Strawberries layers flaky puff pastry, light sponge cake, smooth vanilla custard cream, and fresh strawberries for a beautifully balanced Italian dessert. Light, creamy, and bursting with fresh strawberry flavour, it's a timeless choice for sharing with family and friends.
This cake is 3" high and available in a square shape (1/2 slab and full slab sizes are rectangular). It features 2 layers of vanilla custard cream with fresh strawberries.
