Our Rosette Sfoglia Cake combines a timeless Italian favourite with a playful, elegant design. Finished with a smooth whipped cream mask and decorated with hand-piped buttercream rosettes, this cake is perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, or any celebration that calls for something sweet and beautiful.
This cake is 3" high. It features delicate layers of sfoglia pastry, 3 layers of flavoured custard cream, and a smooth whipped cream finish. Please refer to the product image gallery for flavour-specific details.

- For the best flavour, texture, and presentation, we recommend enjoying our sfoglia cakes on the day of pickup or delivery. After approximately 12 hours, the delicate layers of sfoglia may naturally soften or crack, which can affect the cake's texture and appearance. While the cake remains perfectly safe to enjoy, it is best consumed within 2–3 days of purchase.
- The flavour "Traditional Sfoglia" will be made with nuts and alcohol syrup, unless the nut-free and/or alcohol-free preferences are selected.
- The flavours "Hazelnut Sfoglia", "Pistachio Sfoglia" and "Bacio Sfoglia" contain nuts, and CANNOT be made nut-free.
