A favourite among pistachio lovers, our Pistachio Sfoglia Cake combines delicate puff pastry, light sponge cake, and three layers of smooth pistachio custard cream for a dessert that's rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Finished with a smooth whipped cream mask, it's an elegant Italian cake made for celebrating.
This cake is 3" high and available in a square shape (1/2 slab and full slab sizes are rectangular). It features 3 layers of pistachio custard cream.

- For the best flavour, texture, and presentation, we recommend enjoying our sfoglia cakes on the day of pickup or delivery. After approximately 12 hours, the delicate layers of sfoglia may naturally soften or crack, which can affect the cake's texture and appearance. While the cake remains perfectly safe to enjoy, it is best consumed within 2–3 days of purchase.
- The flavours "Hazelnut Sfoglia", "Pistachio Sfoglia" and "Bacio Sfoglia" contain nuts, and CANNOT be made nut-free.

I’m not sure if the cake was left out prior to me picking it up but I put it in the fridge for a couple hours when I got home before serving it and the cake was very runny and hard to eat.
We loved this cake, not very sweet which is great. Definitely will order again for next occasion
