I ordered the pistachio cake for my birthday and it was absolutely delicious. I’m not a fan of very sweet and this cake was the perfect balance of sweet and savoury. It was nice and light with a generous amount of pistachio cream in the layers. Would highly recommend this cake to anyone who is a pistachio fan.
