Pastel Blue Spring Sfoglia Cake - Square

This cake is 3" high, and has a whipped cream mask. Its base is sponge and/or sfoglia (depending on the flavour), and it's made with 2-3 layers of flavoured custard cream (depending on the flavour, see product image gallery for more details).

Note: The flavours "Italian Rum", "All Chocolate", "Diplomatico", and "Traditional Sfoglia" will be made with nuts and alcohol syrup, unless the nut-free and/or alcohol-free preferences are selected. The flavours "Hazelnut", "Pistachio and Limoncello", "Hazelnut Sfoglia", "Pistachio Sfoglia" and "Bacio Sfoglia" contain nuts, and CANNOT be made nut-free. The flavours "Lemon Custard" and "Pistachio and Limoncello" contain alcohol syrup, and CANNOT be made alcohol-free. All other flavours are always nut-free and alcohol-free.
We recommend our Sfoglia cakes to be purchased and consumed the same day they are ordered for. If consumed the next day, or more than 12 hours, sfoglia cakes may change in texture, and overall aesthetic such as cracking due to the layers of sfoglia inside. Please note that the cake will still be edible for 2-3 days after the order date.
