This classic Italian-style rum cake is perfect for any special occasion. Its simple, yet elegant design makes for a delicious centerpiece with just the right amount of flair.
This cake is 3.5" high. The 6-12" sizes are round, and the slab sizes are rectangular. It has one layer of vanilla custard cream and one layer of chocolate custard cream.
1/2 Slab = 14" X 10"
3/4 Slab = 14" X 14"
Full Slab = 21" X 14"
Note: This cake will be made with nuts and alcohol syrup, unless the nut-free and/or alcohol-free preferences are selected.

Best Italian Rum cake ever. We order and pickup every family birthday and we have never been disappointed. We drive from Goderich, ON (3 1/2 hour). Stays fresh for 2-4 days at the least.
Love how light the sponge is and that the icing isn’t too sweet. All around delicious! 🤤

AMAZING!!! very good very fresh and the owner was VERY accommodating regarding the mix up in dates. I purchased another one this week but it was a vanilla cake for my friend's birthday and she LOVED it!
