This classic Italian-style rum cake is perfect for any special occasion. Its simple, yet elegant design makes for a delicious centerpiece with just the right amount of flair.
This cake is 3.5" high. The 6-12" sizes are round, and the slab sizes are rectangular. It has one layer of vanilla custard cream and one layer of chocolate custard cream.
1/2 Slab = 14" X 10"
3/4 Slab = 14" X 14"
Full Slab = 21" X 14"
Note: This cake will be made with nuts and alcohol syrup, unless the nut-free and/or alcohol-free preferences are selected.

AMAZING!!! very good very fresh and the owner was VERY accommodating regarding the mix up in dates. I purchased another one this week but it was a vanilla cake for my friend's birthday and she LOVED it!
Tre Mari is our go to bakery for their great bread, cakes, canoli etc etc... I always rest my celebration cakes in their artistic hands and Tre Mari has never disappointed. The value is amazing but the quality unmatched.

Cake was fresh and delicious. Could have use a little bit more rum as the taste was not there. But overall very good. I would definitely go back for more
