A favourite for hazelnut lovers, our Hazelnut Sfoglia Cake layers flaky puff pastryand three layers of silky hazelnut (nocciola) custard cream for a dessert that's rich, creamy, and beautifully balanced. Finished with a smooth whipped cream mask, it's a timeless Italian cake made for sharing.
This cake is 3" high and available in a square shape (1/2 slab and full slab sizes are rectangular). It features 3 layers of hazelnut custard cream.

- For the best flavour, texture, and presentation, we recommend enjoying our sfoglia cakes on the day of pickup or delivery. After approximately 12 hours, the delicate layers of sfoglia may naturally soften or crack, which can affect the cake's texture and appearance. While the cake remains perfectly safe to enjoy, it is best consumed within 2–3 days of purchase.
- The flavours "Hazelnut Sfoglia", "Pistachio Sfoglia" and "Bacio Sfoglia" contain nuts, and CANNOT be made nut-free.
