This cake is 3.5" high, and contains one layer of vanilla custard cream and one layer of chocolate custard cream.

Fresh & Delicious
This was my first time having a Diplomatico Sfoglia Cake and it was delicious! We were especially happy with the whipped cream icing as it wasn't super sweet like the typical buttercream icings found on most cakes. We were surprised that a cake with so many layers could be so light and are definitely happy we found it at Tre Mari. The cake was a hit with everyone who tried it and we would recommend it to anyone :)
I ordered the cake while there was a price glitch and they still honoured the mistake without any hesitation. My family absolutely loved the cake, and it made a lot of old school Italians happy haha
I would like to thank Tre Mari Bakery for the most delicious and visually beautiful Diplomatico Sfoglia cake. It was such a hit and was enjoyed immensely.
