This is a 3.5" high sponge cake. It's made with 2 layers of flavoured custard cream filling, and has a whipped cream mask.
Note: The flavours “Italian Rum” and “All Chocolate” will be made with nuts and alcohol syrup, unless the nut-free and/or alcohol-free preferences are selected. The flavour "Hazelnut" is made with nuts, and CANNOT be made nut-free. All other flavours are always nut-free and alcohol-free.

I absolutely loved everything about this cake. From the delicate frosting to the cake itself. This cake was still moist even 3 days after we received it. It is a skill that many lack but not this bakery. So easy to eat.
Ordered this for my partner's birthday. I put in my online order two days in advance, and picked up the cake in-store on the day-of. It was delicious, fresh, and thoroughly enjoyed. I couldn't imagine ordering a cake from anywhere else in the area.
Perfect for my daughter’s 1st birthday party. The vanilla was a hit with everyone and we had more than enough for 20-25 adults and kids. It looked and tasted a bit more special than the birthday cake you can pick up at your regular grocery store. Great value for the money in my opinion.

We ordered this cake for my mother’s birthday and it was amazing! Inside filing was strawberry and it was light and fluffy!

I bought this cake for my son's birthday. He's a chocolate lover, so I ordered the all-chocolate option. We were a bit disappointed the frosting was not chocolate throughout, but the cake overall was delicious -- light, yet rich in flavour. Just one thing: if it's for kids, make sure to check the "omit alcohol syrup" option. I didn't, and I'm sure I gave my son's friends their first taste of rum. :D
