A celebration cake inspired by one of Italy’s most iconic pastries. Our Cannoli Cake features layers of Italian rum sponge filled with smooth vanilla custard cream and rich chocolate custard cream, then topped generously with assorted cannoli for the perfect mix of creamy, crunchy, and indulgent in every bite.
Finished with Vanilla, Chocolate, Ricotta, Pistachio, and Hazelnut cannoli, this cake brings together multiple classic flavours into one unforgettable dessert centerpiece.

Really delicious! The Italian rum cake had nice thick layers of custard and was very moist. It was a nice variety of cannoli surrounding the cake and they all tasted very fresh and still had a nice crispness. My husband said this might be his new favourite cake to get every birthday!
