Perfect for sandwiches, panini, or deli-style lunches, they’re a more practical everyday option compared to the larger loaf, while still keeping that classic Southern Italian bakery flavour.
Ingredients: flour, salt, Otentic Origen (yeast), Triviata, corn flour, dark rye flour, water, fresh yeast
