Celebrate any special occasion with our Blue Sheet Cake. Finished with classic blue piping on a smooth whipped cream mask, this timeless design is perfect for birthdays, baby showers, graduations, and celebrations of all kinds.
This cake is 3" high and features a sponge and/or sfoglia base (depending on the flavour), filled with 2–3 layers of flavoured custard cream. Please refer to the product image gallery for flavour-specific details.

Please Note:
- The flavours "Italian Rum", "All Chocolate", "Diplomatico", and "Traditional Sfoglia" will be made with nuts and alcohol syrup, unless the nut-free and/or alcohol-free preferences are selected.
- The flavours "Hazelnut", "Hazelnut Sfoglia", "Pistachio Sfoglia" and "Bacio Sfoglia" contain nuts, and CANNOT be made nut-free.
- The flavour "Lemon Custard" contains alcohol syrup, and CANNOT be made alcohol-free. All other flavours are always nut-free and alcohol-free.
