Inspired by the classic pairing of chocolate and hazelnut, our Bacio Sfoglia Cake layers flaky puff pastry, light sponge cake, and three layers of rich Bacio custard cream for a dessert that's smooth, indulgent, and beautifully balanced. Every slice offers the perfect combination of creamy filling and delicate pastry.
This cake is 3" high and available in a square shape (1/2 slab and full slab sizes are rectangular). It features 3 layers of Bacio custard cream.

- For the best flavour, texture, and presentation, we recommend enjoying our sfoglia cakes on the day of pickup or delivery. After approximately 12 hours, the delicate layers of sfoglia may naturally soften or crack, which can affect the cake's texture and appearance. While the cake remains perfectly safe to enjoy, it is best consumed within 2–3 days of purchase.
- The flavours "Hazelnut Sfoglia", "Pistachio Sfoglia" and "Bacio Sfoglia" contain nuts, and CANNOT be made nut-free.
