Indulge in a delicious treat with Frutti di Bosco Cake. This delicious dessert is made with delicious fruits of the forest, creating the perfect blend of sweet and tart with each bite!
This cake is 3.5" high. The 6-12" sizes are round, and the slab sizes are rectangular. It's made with vanilla sponge and 2 layers of vanilla custard cream. The cake is topped with raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and icing sugar. As the cake is topped with berries, your custom message will be written on the board.
1/2 Slab = 14" X 10"
3/4 Slab = 14" X 14"
Full Slab = 21" X 14"

Have bought this cake for several occasions. Always a big hit and guests always ask where we got it !
Cake and presentation was great. However, this isn't what I was looking for. My wife loves the Frutti di Bosco cake, but the "traditional" one is actually imported form Italy and sold by the slice. They are very different in taste and density.
Overall, this was a tasty cake. The only think that would make it perfect is if the cake was soaked a bit as it was a bit dry
